We have SO many new faces around the gym that we thought it might be nice to do a new member spotlight so you can get to know your fellow athletes a little bit. Rick has been with us for about a month now and he comes to the 6am class on M,W,F.

We had two of our female members compete this weekend at the May Queen Strongman competition in Tyson's Corner.   The events included a max axle bar deadlift, a log press, a truck pull, a weighted carry and atlas stones.

Another sweating and smiling Friday night lights event this past weekend. This workout was a 13 minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) of 55 deadlifts, 55 wall balls, 55 calorie row and 55 handstand push ups.  Whew!

In February, CrossFit Pushin Weight donated 87 hours of shelter care for animals through our Facebook check ins. All of the gyms participating in the Sweat Angels program donated a total of 66,792 hours! Wow!
