Memorial Day Murph this Monday. Come honor Murph and our other fallen soldiers by performing : 1 mile run • 100 pull-ups • 200 push ups • 300 squats • 1 mile run • wearing a 25lb vest (this workout can obviously be modified any many ways ).
Time for another Member Spotlight ! Monica has been with us for a couple years now. To see the work she has put in and the progression she has made is admirable ! We are so happy to have Monica as one of our valued athletes !!
Here is a picture of our 8:45a crew post workout. It is nice to have a group of people to struggle with, to sweat with, to maybe complain a little bit with. It helps us grow together.
