Teams of 2 will complete the following two AMRAPs with 5:00 Rest between. The 5:00 rest timeframe is to set up the equipment necessary for the second AMRAP. Load your barbell with the appropriate weight, set up rings/box/bench for dips, and put away your jump rope.

200x Double-Unders

100x Overhead Squats (95/65)

50x Toes to Bar

25x Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
Reps Per Round = 375 @ Rx



Scaling Options:

DU = 200x Singles + 20x Burpees

OHS = Weight or Front Squat

TTB = Hanging Leg Raises

HPS = Same Weight as OHS

100x Burpees Over Bar

75x Deadlifts (135/95)

50x Ring Dips

25x Thrusters (135/95)
Reps Per Round = 250 @ Rx



Scaling Options:

B.O.B. = Burpees

DL = Same Weight as Thrusters

Ring Dips = Box/Bench Dip

Thrusters = Same Weight as DL
