Lifts and Gifts: A community workout and charity drive. Open to all!!
This is the time for Pushin Weight to host a community event that introduces people to the fun of sweating and moving with a partner workout as well as support an organization that helps local families when they are in dire need.
1. Invite any one you would like to come join us to workout this day. Entry fee is a suggested cash donation of $20 or bring an item from this list: (All Items must be new and unwrapped)

Space heater
Toaster oven
Soup pot
Larger fry pan
Med/large Crock pot
Single or double hot plate
Silverware sets
2 pillows
4 Bath towels
10 washcloths
All proceeds go to benefit Mercy Mall

Mercy Mall is a FREE boutique where families and individuals can shop for clothing, shoes, housewares and baby items. They are not a monthly or regular “thrift store” experience but rather a place for those in crisis situations to get their immediate needs met.
