  • Tyler Cox

    Head Coach, Owner

    Tyler is a passionate coach with a love for the Sport of Fitness. As a former collegiate football player and military athlete, he knows the ins and outs of the most effective strength and functional fitness programs and exercises. Tyler’s mission as a coach is to help people continuously set and achieve goals throughout their fitness journey at CrossFit Pushin Weight.

    Owner, Coach, Member Management

    Ashley fully believes that taking time for fitness should be a part of everyday life as much as going to work or eating lunch. She’s passionate about getting people to understand that fitness is integral and that it should be fun and rewarding. Coaching is something Ashley finds incredibly rewarding. She strives to provide a welcoming experience for every new member and an environment of community support and loves watching her members grow in skill, ability, strength, and confidence.

  • Kara Silva

    Owner, Coach, Operations and Systems

    Kara is CrossFit PW8’s very own Olympic weightlifting specialist. She knows that a good lifter needs good, proper movement before strength, so she’s also passionate about mobility and regaining our natural flexibility we lose over the years due to modern day life. Kara has loved lifting weights for a long time, but CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting really opened her eyes to the possibilities of human ability in herself and others.

  • Brian Gresham

    Coach

    Brian found CrossFit in 2005 and came to CrossFit PW8 with extensive experience as an athlete and a coach. He has always been impressed by how CrossFit is can be done by anyone, anywhere. His experience with CrossFit began before there were CrossFit gyms available, and he has witnessed people of all ages and abilities accomplish amazing things. His goal as a coach is to help anyone with the desire to learn, grow, and work hard become the very best they can be.

  • Mike Echevarria

    Coach

    Mike “Eche” Echevarria is passionate about coaching and sharing his personal experiences in weight loss and as a CrossFit athlete. While he played baseball throughout high school, which he had to give up due to a shoulder injury, he didn’t find anything to inspire him to stay fit until CrossFIt came his way in 2011. Eche loves being a part of every member’s fitness journey, in helping them reach their goals, whatever they may be.

  • Byron Simmons

    Coach

    A former football and Division III collegiate Lacrosse player, Byron found CrossFit in 2008. He is in constant search of knowledge in order to become the best coach possible. His mission as a coach is to motivate and push people past their limits and help them realize how capable they are as they reach their goals.

  • Danny Welsch

    Coach

    Coach Danny Welsch became interested in CrossFit when he asked his 60 year old doctor, who was extremely fit and had a 6 pack, what he was doing. His replay was “CrossFit baby!” Now 3 years later Danny now loves aiding in the journey of others. He is inspired by the struggle, perseverance and growth of every member. Danny is passionate about life, friends, good food, good wine, and of course hard WODS for hard bods!

  • Emily Wright Wolfram

    Coach

    Coach Emily Wright Wolfram is a multiple-time national champion, World Championships competitor, and member of the US National Sprint Kayak Team. Most recently, she won the 2016 US Olympic Trials in the women’s single kayak 200m.

    High-pressure sport-specialization at the Olympic Training Center in her early twenties took its toll with stress, disordered eating, and multiple injuries. She found CrossFit in 2010 and immediately loved the culture of strength, supportive competition and eating for performance. She became a CrossFit coach in 2013, and competed at Regionals that same year.

    Emily’s most rewarding and impactful moments in coaching have been working with kids, special needs kids, and teens. She loves that CrossFit can help everyone find their strength and confidence, no matter where their starting point.

  • Emine Sakrisson

    Coach

    Emine is passionate about so many things family, friends, animals, good food, culture, health, CrossFit!  She has been an active part of the CFPW8 community for years and often competes at CrossFit competitions.  Emine is super strong , had fabulous technique and she speaks 3 languages! We are super happy to have her as our newest addition to our coaching staff!
